A Week’s Worth of Healthy Eating

As you can tell, we like our kale.  Here are the recipes:


Monday (I used quinoa instead),

Tuesday (I left out some of the sauces and used Ezekial bread)


Thursday (I used almond milk)

Friday (I left off the mozzarella.  This is only the beet salad- basically just ground chicken and put on top of lettuce leaves for the other half!)

So here is the grocery list:

Hope you can enjoy one or several.  Or if you’re lazy enough like me you’ll just make this your entire week!
