TWO Health Giveaways!

So… I went ahead and got my AASDN Nutrition Specialist Certification and ran the Monument Ave 10K over the weekend.

But, now I can finally start what I’ve been wanting to… an online nutrition and personal training program.

A Be Mom Strong Virtual Gym Membership.  Unfortunately, my full-length Youtube videos are going to magically disappear over the next couple weeks, and I will not be adding new ones as I work to develop them for my gym.  I will, however, continue to post ideas and teasers of workouts!

You will be given the Trainerize App

To receive 4 new workout videos a week… NOT WRITTEN PLANS, ACTUAL VIDEOS.
Who gets motivated by plans?  We need to bond over working out together, hence the videos of me and Macon in your very own living room four times a week.

Anyway, this app is amazing because
1.  It’s free for you  
2.  Your workout videos are all in one place.  No need for searching AND you can play them right on your phone (in case you are in the gym or away from home).
3.  There is an option to track your weight, body measurements, food and amount of exercise
4.  I can log in and see your progress at anytime or send you message of encouragement and praise.   Unfortunately, ice cream can not be sent electronically as a reward through this app.  Maybe they should look into that?!
The gym membership is awesome because you can participate in group exercise classes in your living room!

My second option is an online personal training program.  You will receive the same app, just with personalized workouts, based on some conversations we will have pre-program.  In addition, you will get to talk to me as much (or as little) as you’d like about your progress… or about our crazy kids 😉

      Hhaha Danielle! Too funny. Well, I tried to make the monthly membership affordable ($15/month) so people can keep seeing that sweet face and get even more videos (18 a month). But, this girl has got to start paying for those certifications!

    man i’m going to miss those videos! palmer i would do them together (or more like i would do them, and palmer would just jump around and get in my way). i definitely want both. i’m so out of shape right now. congrats on the new job!!!

    I’d love to have option number 2. Just finished training for my first marathon (4:04:07 and darn proud of that time!) and need something new to focus on.

      Ugh yea you FINISHED A MARATHON! I cannot say that so far in my lifetime! Maybe one day. Well learning to nourish yourself will help power you through marathon #2!

    Both are awesome options, but right now I’m struggling with food so I would pick that option. I average cooking 6 nights a week and I’m a little burnt out LOL. Need some new inspiration.

    I would love videos that I can do throughout my pregnancy as some of my workouts are getting really tough. Also we are having another Girl!!!!

      Yay Lexa!!! Girls are the best aren’t they?! We find out next Tuesday. Yes, it has been a challenge filming these videos, but I don’t think pregnancy warrants too many modifications as long as you are smart and listening to your body!

    I would want the nutrition counseling, i know a lot about health and eat pretty well but have a terrible sweet tooth and snack a lot. Just some reinforcement and second opinion always helps

    Signing up for the nutrition consult, although if I don’t win I’m paying for it anyway! HOW do I keep gaining 5 lbs every marathon training cycle? PLEASE MAKE IT STOP! =)

    Nutrition coaching. I feel that between Crossfit and what I do on my own – my fitness is on track. On the other hand – I struggle with the correct nutrition.
