With the new year right around the corner it’s almost impossible to not think of those new year resolutions:

Wear something other than workout clothes every day of your life…
Did you know only 8% of the population actually achieves their goals according to Forbes? And how do those 8% do it?
Keep it simple, tangible and obvious and for the love of God believe in yourself.
What’s more simple than a week’s worth of eating real food? It’s tangible- we all eat. It’s obvious- we all must eat. And, I’m pretty sure you can believe in yourself to eat.
